NEW YEARS EVE
Join us for an unforgettable evening of food, drink and celebration at Burnt Orange. Whether you’re here for the early sitting or staying late to countdown, we’ve crafted a set menu designed to capture the spirit of the season, blending classic Burnt Orange favourites with special dishes for the night. Expect bold flavours, seasonal ingredients and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that’s perfect for celebrating with friends and family.
To kick things off, enjoy our classic Wood-Fired Flatbread served with a rich sesame brown butter and Roasted Celeriac Hummus, our new Burnt Orange & Kashkaval fritters with a zesty pickled pepper relish, as well as Marinated BBQ Scallops dressed in fermented chilli butter and young leeks.
We’ll also be serving up our famous Miso Aubergine, a beautiful BBQ cod with green coconut curry and almond ezme, and Chargrilled Mallard, paired with sea buckthorn, hot sauce and carrot for an earthy, tangy balance, all served with rich sides packed with flavour.
To finish, we’ve created a luxurious 70% Dark Chocolate Mousse with clementine and macadamia, followed by a cheese course of Baked Baron Bigod with croutons, a spicy stonefruit relish and pickles.
