Our private dining room
As our main restaurant can only accommodate tables of up to six guests, any group of seven or more will be hosted in our private dining space, The Agave Room. It’s perfect for a more private occasion, from birthday celebrations and small wedding parties to long-overdue dinners with your favourite people.
The Agave Room seats up to 12 guests and comes with a 54” smart TV and full multimedia facilities, ideal for everything from work meetings to playlists, photo slideshows, or setting the mood for the evening.
Whether you are toasting something special, planning a celebration, or simply gathering everyone in one place, we will make sure it feels relaxed, seamless, and properly looked after.
Exclusive venue hire in Brighton
For something a little bigger, you can hire the entire ground floor exclusively, with space for up to 54 guests seated or up to 80 for a standing reception.
You’ll have your own private bar and access to an outdoor terrace, making it an ideal setting for everything from cocktail parties and weddings to product launches and celebratory dinners.

Group feasting menus
Our menus are built around big flavours, fresh ingredients, and vibrant dishes, all cooked over an open flame for that extra depth and character.
For private dining, we offer set feasting menus designed to be served sharing-style, so everyone at the table can dig into a bit of everything. It’s generous, social dining made for conversation, celebration, and second helpings. Choose from our £60 per person or £80 per person feasting menus, depending on how indulgent you want to go.
To top it off, guests can order freely from the bar, including our signature cocktails and a full list of classics. Perfect for raising a glass (or a few) and keeping the evening flowing.
