Somewhere between a palate cleansing dessert and a cocktail – perfect as a summer tipple.
Ingredients Serves one
- 20ml Grey Goose L’Orange
- 10ml Cointreau
- 10ml Elderflower cordial
- Prosecco, chilled, to top up
- 1 scoop Lemon sorbet
- Garnish Orange & lemon zest
Method
Add Grey Goose L’Orange, Cointreau and Elderflower Cordial into cocktail shaker, shake with ice and strain into coupette glass. Add a scoop of Lemon Sorbet into the coupette and top with Prosecco. Garnish with lemon and orange zest. Serve in a coupette
